As Senior Communications and Change Management Lead for USAID’s Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Hub, I led communications for the Agency’s first enterprise CRM (Compass) on Salesforce reaching more than 10,000 staff. I produced fact sheets and marketing toolkits and coordinated pilots across multiple country offices.
