Kat's technical excellence as a communicator, and her deep knowledge of how internal communications work at USAID, are just so apparent and valuable to us already - she's such a huge asset to the team, and we're only just beginning to scratch the surface of how she's going to add value to the CRM program and beyond. I also can't say enough about her willingness to jump in and help out wherever she can. She's never said, "that's not my role" -- she's always looking for ways to contribute. Just a great teammate.
